The six-frame journey

We're payments specialists, not just brokers.

We diagnose your whole payment system, from POS to terminal for free, find what's costing you, and stay on the account for the life of the relationship. Here's what those moments look like.

01 · Start at the statement

We start where the cost lives — your statement.

We review your payments infrastructure end-to-end, go through the statement with you, and put a recommendation in writing. We recommend; the choice is yours.

02 · Compared and recommended

Multiple providers compared. One picked for you. Reasoning on paper — and a POS upgrade where it fits.

We model your card mix, ticket size, and volume across the panel, pick the provider that actually fits, and put the reasoning in writing. The POS upgrade is part of the same recommendation, not a separate pitch.

03 · The paperwork

We handle the application end‑to‑end.

You sign. We submit. We chase. Usually live in under a week.

04 · Setup on-site

Terminal in, trained in 20 minutes.

Delivered, provisioned, and tested. Your staff know how to use it before we leave.

05 · After the sale

We stay on your account. Forever.

Statement queries. Rate reviews. Hardware faults. One number, a real person, no tickets.

06 · The reason she smiled

A better payment system, a lower bill, and a specialist who works for me — not the provider.

One phone call away.

Three steps

How a switch actually works.

Three steps. Your trading day doesn't pause for any of them. Most merchants are live by the end of the week.

01 · Talk to us

Send one statement. We'll read it closely.

A 15-minute call and a recent merchant statement is enough to see where your rate actually sits.

Step one15 min
02 · We compare your panel

Multiple providers. One recommendation. Written reasoning.

We model your volume and ticket mix across our full panel, pick the one that actually fits, and put the reasoning in writing. If something better comes along, we'll recommend you move for the better pricing.

03 · We set you up — and stay.

We set you up — and stay.

The terminal goes in. Your team is trained before we leave. Rate reviews are already in the diary. Call us tomorrow, call us next month, call us a year from now — the same person picks up. Still on your account, still on your side.

01 · 10 · 2026 The day the rules moved

What changed in October 2026.

Until October, most Australian merchants didn't see their card fee — they passed it on to the customer as a surcharge. The RBA reform ended that. The fee didn't disappear; it moved. Straight onto the merchant's P&L, line by line, month after month.

For cafés, retailers and workshops running on thin margins, the difference between a good provider and a lazy one is now visible in every statement. Many merchants noticed it in their November statement.

"The reform didn't change what the fees are. It changed who sees them."

How much is the new rule costing you?

Before October, the surcharge sent your card fee to the customer. Now it lands on you. Drag the sliders for a ballpark of what that looks like on your P&L — monthly and annual.

Franchises

Best fit per site. Free POS upgrade where it lands.

We match the provider to each franchisee's trade shape, and where the economics allow, upgrade the POS at no cost — site by site, no one-size-fits-all.
